Mold design, mold manufacturing and mold assembly are completed by ourselves and we have produced 216+ toolings by now and this number is keeping increasing.

We have a complete quality management system such as laboratory, aging room, IQC(Incoming Quality Control), IPQC(InPut Process Quality Control), OQC(Final Quality Control/Outgoing Quality Control）…etc. The factory has passed ISO9001 certification.

The Quality Department is fully equipped, and have imported advanced equipment from abroad in multiple dimensions, such as Japan’s ADVANTEST U3715 spectrum analyzer with a test range up to 8G, Italy’s CLIO-C10 acoustic tester, US AP (Audio Precision) company’s ATS-2 audio tester, etc. .

The quality management personnel has 16 years of quality management experience and have served well-known customers such as ASUS for many years.
