We are constantly upgrading both equipment and technology, striving for world class AI manufacturing. The first phase of AI automated production line (version 1.0) has completed the third test on April 25th, 2021. The test result fully achieved the scheduled production target of 30,000 pieces per day.

At present, the research and development of version 2.0 of the AI automated production line has come to an end and plan to do trial production in the third quarter and production in the fourth quarter of 2022 with an estimated daily production capacity of 240,000 pieces.

The version 2.0 AI production line can achieve the industry’s ultimate production capacity of 6 million units per month , with stable quality and cost advantages.

Our capacity is planed to reach 4.5 million products per month in 2022 and 6.5 million products per month in 2023…

As time goes by, we will gradually realize fully automated and intelligent manufacturing and move towards an industry 4.0 intelligent lean manufacturing factory in an all-round way.
